Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 225 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
  • 1 wheel 150 g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • ½ cup pasta water reserved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Lower heat and add Boursin cheese, breaking it up with a spoon.
  • Add lemon juice, zest, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta, coating evenly with the sauce.
  • Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.
