- 8 oz 225 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 1 wheel 150 g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- ½ cup pasta water reserved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- Grated Parmesan for garnish (optional)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Lower heat and add Boursin cheese, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add lemon juice, zest, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir until creamy and smooth.
Toss in the cooked pasta, coating evenly with the sauce.
Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.
