- 8 oz 225 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 1 wheel 150 g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- ½ cup pasta water reserved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- Grated Parmesan for garnish (optional)
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain. 
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. 
- Lower heat and add Boursin cheese, breaking it up with a spoon. 
- Add lemon juice, zest, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir until creamy and smooth. 
- Toss in the cooked pasta, coating evenly with the sauce. 
- Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.
