Ingredients
  

  • 6 Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Long-Grain Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Marinade: Mix olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat skillet, cook chicken skin-side down until golden.
  • Cook Rice: Boil chicken broth, add rice and butter, simmer until absorbed.
  • Assemble Dish: Serve chicken over rice, garnish with herbs or lemon zest.
