- 1 can 15 oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell store-bought or homemade
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in Libby's Pumpkin and the spice mixture. Gradually add evaporated milk and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
