Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in Libby's Pumpkin and the spice mixture. Gradually add evaporated milk and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
