- 1 lb frozen fries steak fries, waffle fries, or regular
- 6 slices turkey bacon chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp or mild
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 fresh green onions chopped (for garnish)
- 1 jalapeño sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp chili powder optional
Prepare Fries: Preheat oven according to package instructions. Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic and onion powders. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Cook Turkey Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Cheese It Up: Once fries are crispy, sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over fries. Add turkey bacon and jalapeños. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and garnish with fresh green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
