- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter for pan frying
Cook bacon until crispy, chop, and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
Drain excess fat, then stir in maple syrup and chopped bacon.
Place one tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese over half the tortilla.
Add beef-bacon mixture on top of cheese.
Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Slice into wedges and serve hot.
