Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  • In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
