- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds optional garnish
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and lemon/lime juice.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
