Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, and chopped onion.
  • Add lemon juice, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve chilled with fish fillets, fries, or sandwiches.
