- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs optional for extra crunch
- 1 tsp lemon zest optional, for added freshness
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Prepare the Sprouts:
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
