- ½ cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ½ cup chopped nuts or seeds optional
- ½ cup dried fruit or chocolate chips optional, added after baking
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
