Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package butterscotch chips approx. 11 oz
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows or colored marshmallows
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips together. Stir constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, maintaining their shape. Add vanilla extract if using.
  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Press down to form an even layer.
  • Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
  • Once set, slice into squares and serve.
