Penne Pasta with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • Penne Pasta 6 oz
  • Cream Cheese 4 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add cream cheese and butter to the pan, stirring until melted and combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
