- Penne Pasta 6 oz
- Cream Cheese 4 tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add cream cheese and butter to the pan, stirring until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
