- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme

- Crushed red pepper flakes optional
Preheat oven to 500°F. Let the prime rib sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
