Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard optional
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter optional, for crispiness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush pretzels in a food processor or in a sealed bag using a rolling pin until coarse crumbs form.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard (if using), and mayonnaise.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the honey mustard mixture, coating evenly.
  • Press each coated chicken breast into the crushed pretzels until fully covered.
  • Arrange the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).
  • Serve warm with extra honey mustard sauce on the side.
