- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese
- 1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew diced
- 6 –8 slices prosciutto torn into strips
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Honey optional, for drizzling
