Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of sourdough or rustic bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk preferred
  • 2 ripe plums thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp pistachios roughly chopped
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey to drizzle
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional, for brightness
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden and crisp.
  • In a small bowl, stir ricotta with lemon zest and a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
  • Spread a generous layer of ricotta over each toast.
  • Arrange thin plum slices on top of the ricotta.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the plums.
  • Drizzle honey generously across each toast.
