Ingredients
  

  • Rice Chex Corn Chex, Wheat Chex
  • Pretzels
  • Bagel Chips
  • Rye Chips
  • Cheerios
  • Mixed Nuts or Roasted Peanuts
  • Cheese Crackers optional, like Cheez-Its
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder optional
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper optional
  • 1-2 tbsp Hot Sauce optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: Chex cereals, pretzels, bagel chips, rye chips, Cheerios, mixed nuts, and cheese crackers.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the smoker or pellet grill to 250°F. Add your preferred wood chips or pellets for smoking.
  • Spread the Chex mix evenly in a disposable aluminum pan.
  • Place the pan in the smoker and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring every 15-20 minutes to ensure even smoking.
  • Once done, remove from the smoker and let it cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container for freshness.
