- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 medium potatoes sliced into rounds
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
