- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk or cream
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp butter for cooking
- Maple syrup & fresh berries for serving
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
