- 4 cups fresh watermelon cubes seedless preferred
- ½ cup tequila blanco
- ¼ cup triple sec or Cointreau
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 –2 fresh jalapeño slices adjust for spice
- 1 –2 tsp agave syrup or honey optional, for sweetness
- Ice cubes
- Tajín or chili powder + salt for rimming glasses
- Lime wedges & watermelon slices for garnish
Rim the glasses with lime juice and dip into Tajín or chili-salt mix. Set aside.
In a blender, purée the watermelon until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink (optional).
Add watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, jalapeño slices, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
Fill glasses with ice and strain the margarita mixture into them.
Garnish with a lime wedge, jalapeño slice, or small watermelon wedge.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
