Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts or almonds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in strawberries (reserve a few for topping).
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining strawberries and nuts on top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  • Cool slightly before serving warm.
