- 1 baguette sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 4 oz goat cheese or cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought or homemade
- 1 tsp honey optional
- Fresh basil leaves chopped (for garnish)
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
