Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex
  • 1 cup Mini Pretzels
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts almonds, cashews, or peanuts
  • Optional: ½ cup Cheez-It crackers
  • Optional: ½ tsp Cinnamon or Vanilla extract for added flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, and mini pretzels.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and honey until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Mix in soy sauce and garlic salt to create the glaze.
  • Pour the sweet glaze over the cereal mixture and toss thoroughly until everything is well-coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
