- ⅓ cup rice vinegar or white vinegar
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar or white sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water slurry, for thickening
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
