Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak cut into 1 ½-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini sliced thick
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add steak cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread steak, peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers alternately.
  • Brush with extra marinade before grilling.
  • Grill kabobs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.
  • Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
