- For the Berry Filling:
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch pans with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar: In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
