- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Spanish paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable or peanut oil for frying
