Ingredients
  

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Full-fat cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the springform pan.
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  • Pour cheesecake batter into the prepared crust.
  • Place the springform pan in an oven bag, wrap in aluminum foil, and place in a roasting pan.
  • Pour boiling water into the roasting pan and bake the cheesecake.
  • Let the cheesecake cool in the oven, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
