Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet to about 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken rolls on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Pour creamy sauce over baked chicken rolls.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
