Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • For the Avocado Crema:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded rotisserie chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until heated through and well coated, about 5 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame for a few seconds per side.
  • Assemble the tacos by layering chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
  • Drizzle generously with avocado crema.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
