Ingredients
  

  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh dill basil, or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place salmon in an airtight container and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until it flakes easily.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
